What is the minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity. We want to give every commercial retailer the opportunity to benefit from our B2B conditions – regardless of order size.
How do I access the B2B area?

Register as a commercial dealer. After reviewing your trade or company data, your B2B account will be activated. You will then gain access to our dealer prices and B2B conditions.
What payment methods are available?

Currently, we offer payment by bank transfer (advance payment). Further payment options, especially PayPal, are currently in preparation and will also be offered in the future.
How fast do you deliver?

Stock items are usually shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment. For pre-orders or items currently out of stock, shipping will take place immediately upon receipt of goods by us.
How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the order quantity, weight, and delivery address, and will be displayed accordingly during the order process. For larger orders, individual shipping conditions can be arranged.
Can I pre-order products?

Yes. If a product is available for pre-order, it will be marked accordingly. Alternatively, you can always contact us by email to inquire about available pre-orders. Shipping will take place as soon as the goods have arrived at our premises.
Is there a personal contact person?

Yes. For questions about orders, availability, or individual B2B conditions, please contact our B2B team directly. For larger order quantities, individual conditions can be discussed.
How long does it take to activate my B2B account?

We will review your information as soon as possible. Activation usually takes place within 3 business days, provided that all required merchant data has been submitted completely.
Do the discount tiers also apply to pre-orders?

This depends on the specific product and the pre-order. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the displayed B2B conditions also apply to pre-orders.
Do I receive an invoice with VAT shown separately?

Yes. For business orders, you will, of course, receive a proper invoice with the legally required information and VAT shown, if applicable.
How does a return work in the B2B sector?

For B2B orders, the legal regulations for commercial customers apply. Should there be any problems with the delivered goods, please contact us before returning them. We will review the case and coordinate the further procedure directly with you.
Are your products originally licensed?

Yes. We only offer original and officially licensed products. The goods are carefully checked by us and come from verifiable sources.
